If you don't already know them, allow me to introduce the only group of Muslims who were standing up and leading the fight against ISIS from the very beginning-the proud and beautiful race of humans known as the Kurds:

The next time you think to yourself bad thoughts about Muslims, remember the Kurds. Some Muslims are strong and brave and fight for what's right. Some Muslims stand against organized gang rape mobs. There is a nation of them in need of a country, known as the Kurds.

:oldlol:
You must have love in your heart to show it. These people don't know what love is. They're arranged to their own cousins and their mom is also their aunt and grandma in law.

Brownmamba is a hardcore pro-Turkey, pro-Hamas Armenian holocaust denier.
The others look up to The Ayotollah Khomeini as a role model. Tells you all you need to know.

Why do you change my name? When have I ever been mad on here? :oldlol: OK fine, I guess after a tough Knicks or Giants or Mets loss, I've been a mad man. Also like J said, I have never met a Kurd in real life. I have nothing against them. I'd love to meet a Muslim brother from anywhere as long as they are not violent or have violent tendencies. I have been taught love and mercy all my life when I went to Sunday school. I have not been taught hate, I'd love for them to go to Sunday school as well :pimp:
BTW, nice bait thread Nick...but you are not getting off my iggy list :oldlol:

Prophet (PBuH) is still NUMERO UNO.
1) Born an Orphan in a desert, last to be chosen to be breastfed. Still stood patient. Happy no matter what lemons life hands you!
2) Hwo he unflinchingly wrestled with the Arab's greatest wrestler at the time. Prophet had to be around 130-170 TOPS. That's like one of us taking down Pudzianowski, instantly.
3) Unspooked by the supernatural. Remember that story of Jacob wrestling with an angel. That happened to the Prophet as well at age... 4. The guys in ISH talkign about night terrors could learn a thing or too :oldlol:
4) As a prepubescent boy, went miles to retrieve camels for men 3-4 decades his senior in a desert where bandits and ambushes were not uncommon. Them camels were precious too. Real precious.
5) how he loved (and WON THE respect) of his clever wife Khadijah 15 years older than him at a time when every man wanted young, tight, fertile and would discard women soon after.
I dare any person from ISH to come out and say they've won the unfailing devotion and respect of their girl without those crazy tantrums.
6) how briefly he spoke and made sure to state ONLY that which The Higher Power wanted him to say and not a word more. brevity is the soul of wit. Reminds us of Calvin Coolidge's classic "you lose" reply
I know you guys are sick and tired of the loquacious types and the youtube advertisements and all that chit chat. brief, packed with meaning and to the point is the way all folks should talk.
7) The generosity the man had for orphans and the poor. The way he lifted a low abused slave like Bilal to highest. MLK Jr smiled!
8) Prophet's cat was sleeping on the sleeve of his robe and he cut it off not to disturb Muezza. PETA approved!
9) Abu Hurairah would take turns tying stones around their bellies in order to beat hunger (something Kobe would admire). Takes dedication to master the physical realm.
10) The fact that an illiterate is referred to in intellectual matters is a miracle in itself.
11) And (perhaps) above all his character. The closest modern day archetype we see is Atticus Finch. Integrity, Honesty, Compassion, Humility, Empathy. He possessed great reservoirs of both and balanced version of the 5.
12) Slept less than 4 hours a night. In deep prayer for the duration after midnight to the 1/6th of time before Fajr. Buddhist Monks admiring that discipline!
13) His wives fought for his attention! Any lucky ISH'ers been the object of 7 girls affections here? :lol
14) Had a different thought process. Could extract oceans of meaning from very simple.. seemingly ambiguous parables.
15) Cared a lot for dental hygiene with the use of the siwak first thang in the morning. The British could learn indeed!
16) Known to be a great family man spending every moment he can away from business and religious matters by being completely present for his children and wives. May we all learn from this ! Surely, our children and grandchildren will develop greatly if we integrate this!
But then again, you have to appreciate him along with all the main characters
i.e. Joseph, Moses, Jesus, Suhaib, Sulayman and many many more to walk the path.
And you got to do some research on guys ilke Ali Ibn Ali Talib and Rumi

Only 1 of the reasons why he is in the Shahadah "And Muhammad is His messenger"
In my opinion, his cousin Ali is the 2nd greatest.
