That says that 46% of immigrants to Norway are from non-European countries, in 2012. I would guess its probably closer to 60% now, three years later.

You're right, it probably is because of money, but at this point, at least half, if not more, of the immigration population to Norway is not coming from Europe, let alone JUST Sweden.

In 2014 for example, Both UK an Denmark are neck and neck with Norway. I will have to remind you, that people that count in this stat is people that leave and have the intention to stay in that country for at least a year.

It isn't a lot of emigration at all, a lot of the people go to study and come back etc...
