For about half the movie, I thought Clarence was Yasiin Bey. Probably should have been really obvious considering Yasiin has a really strong Brooklyn accent.

Actually i think most young white people respected pac.
I think it's more of an age thing...anybody who was 30 and over already in 1990 probably didn't get him. Anyone younger knew what he was about and loved him.
