Feel like they could get a lot better that way. Maybe get something like Giannis and Mayo??

They don't need any help. They're scary as it is when fully healthy.

We would take him, he's a good 2nd option. Don't know what the Cavs would want in return outside of the Brooklyn pick however.

You're falling into the trap of paying too much attention to the stat-sheet. The advanced stats (ie: lineups) show that, when at full strength, this Cavs team (and specifically the lineups with LeBron, Kyrie and Love) are freaking beastly.

What are they now, something like 46-4 in their last 50 games where all three guys were healthy and playing?

Even when Love's shot isn't falling, he opens up the floor for Kyrie, LeBron, JR, Shump... everyone, just by pulling a big away from the basket. And, if you play him with a little guy, he'll murder you on the boards. He averages 11 rebounds a game while simultaneously making over 70 threes so far this season. That's a very rare combination (usually guys playing that far from the basket suffer with their rebounding numbers).

He is absolutely key, especially when this team is at full strength. And, his contract will look like a bargain a couple years from now when the cap explodes... and he is still only 27.

In all seriousness, I feel as if Ryan Anderson could do the same, if not better job that Love is doing right now for this Cavs team. He is a better shooter, a good rebounder in his own right, and he is a better defender given the situations Love gets caught up in a lot of the time, such as protecting the rim.

Fair assessment. It is almost a case of negative returns since you're trying to get him to do something he is average at, while you can get someone who is above average to do that same job better.

My point is, they should use him inside more.

He just needs to improve his shooting. Sometimes he struggled from the field, but he's the Cavaliers best rebounder.

And the Cavs won 8th straight Games. No need to fix anything. Love just needs to be more consistent.

cav's don't need to make any trades. they're stacked enough and guaranteed a trip to the finals. cav's just need to play better.

This. Team is stacked and if healthy, 0 excuses if they lose. Lebron for the win though!

Klove for Olynyk + pick makes a lot of sense for both teams.

Boston get a star to lead them

Cavs are probably not going to beat the warriors or spurs this year. With this trade, they basically get a poor man's Olynyk and a great chance at another franchise player (e.g. Simmons) to raise the talent ceiling of this team and extend the dynasty to 10+ years.

Bran can become Simmons' Pippen.

Sure, so hell retire with something like 3-4 shaq rings, 2 pippen rings and 2 kobe rings. 8 rings.
