View Full Version : Where did all the Hawk fans go?

I remember when I returned to the forum last season there would be a thread every day about them.

Just curious, did the fans stop posting? What do you think needs to be done about the team?

I think they are below their reg season standard, definitely compared to last year, it's still early though.

Btw, credit where credit is due, I've been impressed with the Knicks

Hawkfan committed suicide when Lebron and a injury riddled Cavs team swept them in the ECF. Now he's Warriorfan

No idea how this forum was last season :lol but probably just like their fan base in Atlanta, only shows up when ESPN talks about them. Didn't they have their first sold out game for a while last season after the hype went loose? Or did I remember it wrong?

Wheels fell off the wagon after it got too heavy.

Atlanta is notorious for fair-weather fandom.

The Hawks are no different.

Korver hasn't been close to what he was last year and Teague just hasn't developed the consistency that I would have hoped.

Just like at the end of the ISO Joe era we need a shakeup.

See what we can get from either Shroeder or Teague.

Picking in late teens/early 20s every year doesn't help. Just stuck in a limbo

The only good Hawk fan is a non-existent Hawk fan, which is most of them.

The salt factory burnt to sodium ashes after their embarrassing showing in the ECF

F*ck you guys Richesly and hawkfan were cool. Hawks trolls were a super refreshing change of direction from the usual Kobe/Lebron crap.

Holy shit. Just realized that Hawkfan and Warriorfan are the same.

I don't think it's the same person. Hawkfan would always post silly trade proposals, and constantly sweated the Knicks. Warriorfan never posts stuff like that.

I found him rather interesting at times. His passion was indisputable (delusional or not). He seemed like a decent dude at heart too.

Not even close brother.

Hawfan was a very peculiar individual who couldn't engage in an intellectual debate to save his life. I found him very strange but relatively amusing at times. His real life social awkwardness/inabilities were pretty transparent as well.

His trade ideas though lol
