Warriors by far.
They're the most loyal and by far the loudest in the League. Sure they've gotten a lot of bandwagoners over the past couple of years but their core fanbase is legit.

lol golden state, for years there has been a lot of discussion about them using amplifiers .. with all these silicon valley fagggots in the crowd that have zero feel for the game, I find it easily plausible.
the real contenders are:
- utah : HUGE homecourt advantage and a truly dedicated crowd, through good and bad, they've always been there.
- toronto: year after year of shit and still a great fanbase
- celtics have a solid fanbase.
- detroit has a great fanbase, but nowadays that city is a half ruin
- vancouver really supported the grizzlies
the worst:
- lakers (bandwagon)
- cavs (bandwagon)
- atlanta, no interest, even when they had good teams
Real basketball fans don't have the cash to go to games, especially in the big cities (NY/chicago/LA) because the prices are downright ridiculous, NBA has moved their target audience from the working man of the 80s to the corporate **** of the new century. That's why crowds are tame as hell today and the game followed with all the pussyfication rules. You see real fans at your ball park, that's where it's at. Imo both LA and SF are subpar here, but NY/chicago/boston/ old detroit had great court action.

I don't exactly like our fanbase because they overrate every player we get and support mediocrity but the Blazers did sellout for like 20 straight seasons. It's the only show in town but impressive anyway.

Dude...even in the Baron Davis days, once the warriors got back in the playoffs, it was a wrap.
Both GSW vs Dallas and GSW vs UTAH series....I've never seen ANYTHING like that. Kirilenko, Dirk and etc were all SHOOK as fvck. Fans super hype. Still don't understand how Dirk doesn't get blamed for choking the #1 seed away in such fashion.
Still the only time I've seen a crowd literally affect the outcomes of multiples games.

Anyone saying GSW must be joking, half of you weren't die hard Warriors fans/appreciation until last year.
It's honestly Laker fans, our Team has been shit going on three years now and yet we still act like we're one move away from a championship.

Knicks haven't won a title in over 40 years, yet still maintain die hard fans. Most other fanbases move to a different team after a few down years. No other fanbase can sustain the type of decade that the Knicks had in the 00s.

Unfortunately, it seems many of my brethren have been in hyper sleep or have died during this season. Only two ways, really.
But there was a bigger following. Considering Toronto is worst on-court production franchise currently, it's amazing more haven't fallen off and/or turned to the "dark side".

Warriors attendance rates have been high season after season even when they were a garbage team. Regardless what the rumors are about using amplifiers, 07 crowd was legit as ****, and basically where the warriors home crowd hype started. like what? did these fans just all of a sudden stopped liking the warriors when they became succesful? Sorry bub, but just because you can't afford to attend games doesn't mean the ones who can aren't real fans.

Say what you want about Lakers fans being bandwagon fans, but I've seen more Laker fans here than any other the past 3 years, and we've been absolute shit. You can't call us bandwagon fans, it's illogical, what are we sticking around for? Our team sucks balls, our legend is going away without a playoff goodbye...yet we still stick with em. If that isn't loyal idk what is.

celtics, toronto or utah imo.
hard to say GSW because they've had big crowds but at the same time even when they weren't amazing they had one of the most exciting rosters playing curry/ellis ball.
lakers is hard to say because so many of their fans are stans of individual players and so many of their people turning up at games are there for the event rather than the team. They do have a legit core but i think it gets clouded by the stans and bandwagoners. Saying they don't have band wagon fans is silly too, they have a lot of fans who jumped on during the shaq/kobe era while the NBA was expanding globally who couldn't tell you whos on the team any more but just know kobe.
OKC is another one like GSW where it's tough to say because they have had a good team lately, haven't really seen if their current level of fans will stick around for multiple bad years.

for instance, what are OKC people going to do with their free time if they arent going to NBA games and are already not going to the dentist.

NY Knicks, of course. Celtics have a great group of fans as well. Face it - the older franchises have generations of fans. Hard to top that.
I've always been impressed with Thunder fans. It's like a college game.
