You make a great point about KD, etc.....KD and Butler would be sick..And extremely cool........But making a case for Top 10?...He's a lock...Anyone who can't see Butler is Top 10 at this point is a hater........Especially as he kills it at BOTH ends of the floor......

The only thing holding him back is Rose when he plays.....I just hope Rose stays out and Jimmy can keep the ball in his own hands....

offensively = a very small chance
defensively = definitely impossible (Jimmy is a elite defender, Kawhi is a legendary defender)

kawhi is a better shooter but butler is a better scorer.

defensively they are about a wash. despite kawhi's dpoy hype butler has literally locked down virtually every player he has been matched up against and has made game-changing defensive plays (i.e. blocked paul george's potential game winner).

and he doesn't have the benefit of a popovich system and has to share responsibilities with rose as well as be surrounded by extremely streaky shooters (mcdormet, mirotic, gasol, rose, snell).
