the healthy team....which ultimately that's going to decide the west imo.

I'd pick Spurs because of exp. They haven't played this season but the Spurs have taken out the warriors in 5 of the last 6 games, most of those games being blowouts. Curry and Klay have been helpless against the wingstop duo.

Two major additions? Come playoffs the heart and soul of this Spurs team is the same from 2014, same from 2007, and still the same from 2005.

Dray n' Klay are the key to all of this.

Warriors.
They have playoffs-wide HCA locked barring any major rash of injuries for the rest of the season.
Plus, I'm not ready to trust Kawhi Leonard yet when it pertains to taking on a bigger role in the playoffs. It's been necessitated due to the aging triumvirate in Duncan, Parker and Ginobili, but Leonard isn't ready for it as he's too inconsistent to compensate for his teammates' deficiencies rather than vice versa; that showed in the last-three games against the Clippers last year.

Yeah Aldridge is just going to be on the bench? West won't get in....
No marco who was important all be it not heart. And 2007? The ****?
Dude I'm as big a spurs/Duncan fan as there is. This is different team and there's zero reason to expect a healthy big 3 come the playoffs let alone the west finals.

It would be interesting to see what the Warriors would do against a few minutes of a Spurs front court running Duncan, Aldridge, and West.
Warriors would instantly try to run, of course; but those guys have all played at a high level for years, they know about pacing and how to force opposing teams to work at their own speed.
Not saying a whole game, or even a whole quarter. But ..... would there be anything left in the Warriors paint after 8 or 10 minutes of that? Just ram it right straight down their throat. Smashmouth ball
Bog is a fine player but he'd be pretty shell shocked I would think.

They can be pretty healthy but Manu is done, he has no quickness left. Duncan can still contribute but only in limited minutes. Parker has been playing really well, maybe better than he ever was but he has the least impact out of the three.

Any other season I think the Spurs would down the Warriors, this year however I'd give the edge to GS because they just ooze with confidence and swagger, they're the best and they know they're the best, and they make sure everybody knows it. That said, they have mental edges over everyone BUT the Spurs. They're clearly in LeBron's head, same with the Clips, the Thunder are dangerous but at this point are a more entertaining version of the Grizzlies, but the Spurs hold the advantage of knowing that they CAN beat the Warriors, if only because there's no way to prove otherwise yet and they're the clear-cut #2 team in the league

Why would GSW be in Cavs or Brons head though?

???
The big 3 has been healthy for a majority of these past three years and they always turn it up in the playoffs. The big 3 and pop are still the backbone of this tram especially in the playoffs. LMA takes nothing away from that. If anything he fills splitters role on defense two fold and doesn't stop momentum nearly as much as splitter did on offense.
And Marco? Really

If healthy, I like Spurs better. Almost as good offense, better defense and coaching usually takes the series, unless key players get cold or injured.
