Lost every starter except Lillard. We know from the end of the last season that CJ had promise but hes a top MIP candidate. Him and Damian form one of the best backcourts in the NBA. I expected next to the Lakers that the Blazers would be the worst in the West. Here they are tho 18-24 with some :biggums: :biggums: wins, a top 10 offense and half a game behind the 8th seed:biggums:
Terry Stotts is underrated. He was a part of that 11 Mavs team BTW

I predicted something like 35-40 wins. The main loss was Aldridge. Everyone else has been replaced. Matthews defense was never going to return to what it was.
We need to tank though. Hope they don't make the playoffs. They have 0 chance.

They pulled together much better than I expected.

I actually like the team they put together in the offseason, so I'm not as surprised that they're 18-24. I'm more shocked at how the West seems weaker than the East all of a sudden. This Blazers team wouldn't be near the playoff picture if the West produced the expected good playoff team records.
CJ and Lillard tho :applause:

They were never going to win anything with LMA anyone. Beating the Rockets was the pinnacle of their run and it's time to move on.

Lillard has been more impressive this year, yet it is the 1st time in years he wasn't an all-star.
