LeBron was the sole reason that the Cavs have up Wiggins and traded for Love. He has no one else to blame but himself.
Plus that he's been playing like ass himself as well.

The Rockets should be pushing the pace, taking advantage of the fact that the Cavs are on the last game of a long road trip and the second night of a road back-to-back after a tough, close loss to the Spurs last night.
So far, they're letting them off the hook by playing at the Cavs' tempo.

To be fair, Shump is a wizard when it comes to swiping the ball. If you stick it out there, he's going to take it.
One of the reasons Harden draws so many fouls is that he sticks it out there and most guys aren't fast enough to get it, end up reaching and he runs through their arms.
You do that too often with Shumpert on the floor, he'll make you pay.
Delly is pretty good at it, too.

You would think though after he got it picked once or twice he would tighten up and adjust.. He doesn't he just keeps on doing it and he has had it picked four times in similar fashion in just one half.. That is just stupid

Harden is the ultimate treadmill franchise centerpiece. No team with him will ever win shit.
Serious question for Rockets fans...if you could restart the season with the roster blown up to Sixers-level to tank for Simmons, would you do it? Or would keep it as is and accept Harden and the retard crew as the future?

Last year was kind of a fluke.. plus they only made it there because he was actually benched, lol.
And then the refs were giving em some home cooking in late game 7 to stop the Clips comeback. GOAT strange series.
edit: yes, lol, I changed my opinion on him... right now at least.

It's inconceivable that with just a few more Rockets wins last season, James "Bobblehead" Harden could have edged out Curry for possibly the most undeserved regular-season MVP of this generation last season.
Eventually, the referees are going to be decreasingly whistle-happy with him as his ref-baiting becomes more problematic, and he'll be even more useless. His already-inefficient FG% isn't even all-reflecting; it's skewed favorably due to all the bail-out calls that nullify many of his misses that don't go on-paper.

The Thunder lost 1-4 that year—three losses of which were close-fought—and maybe this illustrates the biggest reason as to why when it pertains to role expectations:

Josh Smith saved their season with Harden on the bench. Harden's ball dominant, no defense playing lazy ass plays that 4th and they probably go out in the 2nd round. And OKC won a ton with him playing 3rd option to 2 legit franchise centerpieces. Totally different situation. And the only reason they were a couple games away from winning it all instead of actually winning it all is because of Harden wetting the bed in that series.

James Harden = 1-9 and 7 turnovers.
If he deserved that much MVP consideration last season for the "best impact" on the Rockets, they may as well have awarded Kevin McHale Coach of the Year honors, because I'm convinced that most of the success was attributable to his coaching.

The Cavs defense deserves a lot of credit. They are trapping Harden immediately every time he touches the ball and making the other guys beat them. Harden is getting frustrated and anxious, which has resulted in this sloppy third quarter.

He has been tremendous since Irving came back.
15 points a game on 46% FG, 44% 3PT. And he has 13/5 tonight.
And, he's also been really good defensively. Yeah, you get the occasional brain fart, but the guy can shoot the lights out and actually has a lot of other skills too.

Harden: 2/10 FG, 0/5 3P, 11 points, 8 turnovers
Ouch. Kyrie was a blast to watch in the fourth. Second night of a back-to-back, coming off a grueling, emotional game against the Spurs last night, and the Cavs go to Houston and soundly beat a hot Rockets team. I really do think there's a clear cut 1st tier of Warriors, Spurs, Cavs and then a 2nd tier of Thunder, Clippers, and healthy Bulls...maybe the Hawks?
After that I don't know, there might be like 10 teams that make up the third tier.

Eh, based on what I've seen this yera, you could probably put the Raptors and Heat on the the Thunder/Clippers/Bulls tier that I mentioned. The Raptors beat OKC, in OKC (granted OKC was on the second night of a back-to-back), and the Heat beat OKC without Deng in Miami.
I'd still feel a lot better about picking the Thunder and Clippers over the Heat and Raptors in a seven game series which is what I (personally) always base this stuff on, but based on regular season play I could get on board with a Thunder, Clippers, Bulls, Hawks, Raptors, Heat second tier.

I'm basing it solely on the Bulls going 2-0 against OKC this year and beating them soundly in OKC on Christmas day.
