2004 NBA Finals - Kobe (lebron missing playoffs)
2007 NBA Finals - Lebron (Kobe losing 1st round)
2008 NBA Finals - Kobe (Lebron losing 2nd round)
2009 NBA Finals - Kobe (Lebron losing 3rd round)
2010 NBA Finals - Kobe (Lebron losing 2nd round)
2011 NBA Finals - Lebron (Kobe losing 2nd round)
2012 NBA Finals - Lebron (NBA rapes LA with chris paul veto, 2nd round loss)
2013 NBA Finals - Lebron (paul veto+nash injury causes kobes achilles rupture)
2014 NBA Finals - Lebron (Kobe misses season due to injury)
2015 NBA Finals - Lebron (Kobe misses season due to injury)

the NBA practically tried to stand in the way of a historical finals ratings

gutting the lakers roster with revenue sharing, luxury tax and veto's

ending kobes career early due to kobe having to play 40 mpg to cover for players that should never have been lakers to begin with

if the league was ever fixed in even the slightest possible way. since 2004 there would have been a kobe vs lebron finals

in terms of shooting beyond 15 feet and ball handling. yes

everything else i'd say kobes better at

attacking the rim/penitrating/dunking/drawing fouls/posting up/footwork/close shots/midrange shots/contested shots/clutch play/on ball defense/team defense/rebounding/ blocks/ steals etc... i'd say kobes better at those things

plus kobe has more consecutive 50 point games ( 4 ) than curry has in his entire career combined ( 3 )

and kobes half time record ( 55 ) is better than currys career high ( 54 )

if a guy plays 2 weeks of the season. does it count as an injured year or missing the playoffs

some people dont even count jordans failure in 1995 because he missed most of the season. but he actually played and was fully healthy when he lost to the magic

so whatever

i think hes reacting to your mistake of putting 2001 instead of 2000

and if 2000 was rigged. then LA never goes down by 15 before their 4th quarter run

the lakers came back mostly on desperation threes and kobes play making/jumpers

Another desperate attempt by the conspiracy nuts.

"I'll ignore the other three quarters where the lakers were getting beat because they dont fit my narrative.. and then only focus on tiny samples so i can base my crazy theories on".

So dude, why isn't the Lakers in the running for the Finals this year, or the last year, etc.? Because your conspiracy theory ignores anything it wants too. And in 2008? When the lakers were pulling way more fouls than the Celtics in getting beat? Where were you then?

Why did you ignore the phantom calls on Sabonis who was the key for the Blazers?
Why are you ignoring Shaq's offensive fouls? Why are you ignoring Shaq spending more than 5 seconds in the paint?

Great post. People are just spewing hate to find their "conspiracy" that they desperately want to believe in.

What i find hilarious is that all these nuts say that the refs and the NBA did all this conspiracy stuff to gift the Championships to the Lakers, who were apparently undeserving... HOWEVER when you ask these same conspiracy nuts about Kobe Bryant, they belittle him saying how STACKED the Lakers were at the time and how a team of Shaq, Phil Jackson, Horry, etc. were simply unbeatable anyway so Kobe was nothing but a lucky scrub, etc. LOL. They flip flop pretty fast to give praise to the team when knocking Kobe.

nba's strategy is to create another jordan. First it was kobe thats why there are lots of rigged games in favor of lakers. Then next is lebron. The guy basically had a playoff run full of rigged games coz hes not as good as kobe despite having a superteam. Once stern retired, team game is back. San antonio then gsw winning
