They have a better chance this year than any of their previous years in the Dolan era. They have a legit decision maker in Phil Jackson, KP, Melo, and other assets + cap room. +NYC/Eastern conference.

In my Opinion Goatbrook is the only one that would even contemplate it.

WB/Carmelo/Porzingis for 2 years is pretty solid. They would be able to get a few cheap FAs for the bench as well.

WB and Porzingis longterm would be a great tandem.

Knicks fans havent had a good PG in so long, I am not sure how they would be able to handle it.

A bit harsh, they are on the rise imo.

But yeah some people are over rating their current roster. With out the emergence and upside of Porzingis they haven't got any thing special or well built.
