Never really thought like that in HS. In fact, I never envied anyone. I was literally a decent, quiet, mind my own business, stay out of trouble, zone out in class thinking about video games, I want to go home, kind of kid.

After HS I realized the brick wall most of the girls hit because of how late it took me to recognize their ways. I was always the guy the girls were cool with, I didn't try to get with anyone, so I would listen to all their stories. Stories about their 25 year old boyfriends, with cars, multiple boyfriends, the cheating they did, the materialistic shit they got out of them, etc.

Disagree. I was VERY quiet at some points. I was anti-social to people outside of my friends. I barely talked much. I completely became the most outgoing, down to earth and sociable person the second I graduated HS.


Some people get social skills through wanting to say things they couldn't. Everything changed for me one day in senior year, it was Criminal Justice class. I had to do a presentation, and in front of the entire class I did an amazing presentation no one knew I had in me. Everyone was aroused, literally. That's when I broke free.

My high school was small, and considered "ghetto". There were fights all the time, but I was pretty cool with everyone. I'm not sure what all the popular girls are up to nowadays, I stay off facebook and never really see them when i go out.

Most of the "popular" girls in my year are doing okay with their life. I lived in a pretty posh neighborhood and we had no pregnancies that I'm aware of. Some dudes turned into drug dealers and got busted, I'm friends with the ones that didnt.

The popular girls mostly went to do some joke major like psychology at a second/third tier school. Some of them wisened up and went on to law school, med school etc. Some of them are struggling finding jobs after graduating because they essentially studied nothing of employability for four years and just partied.
