Think about it

Defense:

Lebron's man always goes off in the NBA Finals (Jason Terry, Durant, Kawhi, Iguodala). Its why his teams always recruits defensive smallforwards like Shane Battier and Richard Jefferson.

Chokers:

Lebron didn't show up in 2011 Finals
Harden didn't show up in 2012 Finals

Attitude:

They're both sensitive betas that are passive aggressive (Stephen A Smith always brings up how Harden hasn't gotten over him saying he disappeared in 2012 Finals).

Coach Killers:

Harden had McHale fired.
Lebron tried to get Spoelstra fired and is looking for an excuse to get Blatt fired.

Game:

Watch their highlights on Dawkins and GD. Pay attention to the shotclock and how they score. You'll notice its mostly fastbreaks, pick and rolls, early offense (shotclock is close to 24 seconds meaning there was no ballmovement and they're the first person to touch the ball).

Turn Stars into Role Players:

Dwight
Parsons left to be a star on another team.
Bosh
Love

They both lack a mid range game
Both rely HEAVILY on the wefs to blow the whistle. A lot of neck snappin, flailing and etc.

Those are the only similarities.

Harden is the superior ballhandler, which helps him take better advantage of today's ticky-tack foul rules.. Lebron has less moves but uses his extra strength to occasionally overpower defenders.

But BOTH players primarily use screen-rolls to get in the lane.. And BOTH players are the only non-point guards in the top 50 (http://stats.nba.com/tracking/#!/player/possessions/?sort=TIME_OF_POSS&dir=1&Season=2014-15&SeasonType=Regular%20Season) for time of possession - they dominate the ball as much and more than point guards.

In the 2015 NBA Finals, Lebron's time of possession was an utterly ridiculous 12.0 minutes (http://stats.nba.com/tracking/#!/player/possessions/?sort=TIME_OF_POSS&dir=1&Season=2014-15&SeasonType=Playoffs&PORound=4) per game, which was 50% higher than the regular season leader John Wall's 8.1 minutes... Lebron's exorbitant time with the ball is just PART of the reason his Finals stats were nothing, and severely overrated by the dumb, ignorant media.. The other reasons include his literally WOAT jumpshooting (missing more than 80% of his jumpers) and horrific efficiency, despite not getting double-teamed.

He shot horrifically despite being double-teamed only 18 times (http://espn.go.com/blog/statsinfo/post/_/id/106718/iguodala-heads-all-playoff-defensive-team) the entire Finals (click link and go to 3rd paragraph in Steph Curry section for double-team data) - compare that to Jordan, who was double-teamed a dozen times in a single QUARTER, as a standard (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=386210).

In addition to achieving stats with exorbitant time of possession and horrific efficiency, Lebron also achieved his stats by turning teammates from playmakers into play-finishers (reducing teammates' APG while increasing their assisted rate - this is statistical FACT (http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/showthread.php?t=385841) for his entire career).. His teammates' predictable play-finishing roles no longer succeed against the best teams - this has been the case for Lebron's entire career.. This is why the story is ALWAYS how Lebron's supporting cast underperforms in the playoffs against the best teams - it's like clockwork.

For all these reasons (achieving all his stats with high time of possession, horrible efficiency/jumpshoting, and turning teammates into play-finishers leading to perpetual underachievement) Lebron is nowhere NEAR Bird, MJ, Magic, and not a top 10 all-time player.
