I don't understand how it's so difficult to coach the Cavs?

Just let Lebron coach the team and you get to keep your job as long as he's on the team. Look at Eric Spoelstra. He has 2 rings because he let Lebron do his own thing. David Blatt and Mike Brown have no one to blame but themselves.

If you were hired as the coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers, wouldn't you just listen to everything Lebron said?

Mike Brown? Mike Brown got fired cause the Cavs thought it would make Lebron stay. Then they rehired him and fired him before Lebron came back. I dont think Lebron had a problem with Mike Brown.

Blatt got fired cause the organization thought of him as a useless piece with Tyron Lue around and cause they couldnt find a good trade for Kevin Love.
