besides blatt the cavs never got a real coach, nor did they get great freeagents ... this should tell you that all serious players and coaches saw what lebron was doing there... so the cavs were left with amateurs like mike brown and tyronn lue, who have the dignity of a doormat.

1. lebron is the most talented player since shaq
2. I'm actually a fan of his game
3. He IS an asshole (decision, check my stats, undermining spolestra, this blatt stuff, unhappy with teammate winning Allstar mvp)
4. He is an asshole not because he is an evil dude (imo he is quite ok as a superstar) but because he is an insecure control freak and this drives him to do anything to quench his fear of losing.
5. He is so insecure that sometimes he just disengages from playing and quits (celtics 2010, finals 2011)
6. That's why he is most happy with puppet coaches and asks for them (mark jackson, tyronn lue from the rivers school of motivational speaking, etc) because he thinks he is in control ... but in reality he performs at best when he is actually coached (surprise surprise) and put in a position to keep his head in the game.
7. he isn't the only talented dude to be like this. Chris paul is similar. Demarcus cousins looks to be the same type but less talented.
8. these guys need a shrink first, not a coach.
