Been wearing glasses everyday for almost half my life. Holy phuck I feel so much better without those things around my face and I feel so much sexier. New panties in North York, Toronto going to be in high demand.

congrats!

i liked them when i first got them... wore them maybe 5-10yrs or so.

eventually they got tiresome to deal with, so i switched back to glasses. the absolute worst thing is getting some little irritant in your eye or on your lens and you keep washing it off fruitlessly.

overall i'm happy to be back, but as you know, glasses have their drawbacks as well. i'm constantly blown away by how dirty the lens get from doing virtually nothing. going by my glasses, you'd think i was mike rowe's assistant or something when all i was really doing was chilling in my living room.

How is your peripheral vision?

i can give you my opinion on that-- it's almost always better.

not to mention, because the lens sits right on your eye, you get better efficiency from your prescription. with glasses, there are always areas that aren't surrounding your eyes at the optimal angle and distance. not to mention, they move around somewhat.

I got PRK laser surgery, and it was one of the best decisions I made in my entire life.

Made every aspect of my life better: convenience, my job, women, comfort, video games, playing basketball.

Mine was $3000. I was 23. Best doctor I've ever known. I didn't wanna do it, but thankfully someone convinced me to go for a consultation.

After some tests the doc sat with me for 45 minutes answering my million questions. I was equipped with a ton of knowledge, did a few hours of research at home, then decided to do it.

I'm glad I did PRK over LASIK. It was ****ing hell for a week, but worth it for the slightly better results and less long-term risks. If you are actually interested, lemme know and I'll help you out over Skype.

Contacts is the first step for me... I feel a little bit exposed around the face without glasses. I can get used to it tho... friends and girls tell me they like my face better without glasses "hiding" and "covering up" my face. If I'm bout this life then I'm definitely going to get laser surgery in the near future.

Yeah putting them on took like 30 minutes the first time, but I was at my optometrist office and they had an assistant guide me and stick by my side the whole time. My eyes aren't that big and so it's a bitch to hold my upper eye lid open and put the lens in/take them out. Gonna youtube some vids now :pimp:

A long time ago i my eyes had some type of bad reaction to the cleaning solution for my contacts. I literally couldn't open my eyes, even after i took my contacts out.

I was in my car at the time. I had to drive home with one hand on the wheel and one hand holding my eyelids open.

This. Contacts >>>> glasses if your eyes can take them.
