Yes he is

This guy calls his own plays, checks himself in/out of games, picks what teammates are which plays, etc. As a GM, he picks his teammates and can trade Andrew Wiggins for KLove and is able to replace coaches he doesnt like.

The offense centers around him, he's the best defender on the team so should be defending the best offensive player on the other team, and the team surrounding Lebron were all hand picked by him.
