LeBron said the team needs to get into better shape, play with more pace and defend.

All these are direct shots @ Kyrie. LeBron even said "If you can't keep up, you gotta go to the bench"

And from what I'm seeing he's damaged goods from the kneecap issue. He isn't nearly as explosive off the bounce as he used to be.

Kyrie/Love combo is the worst tandum in the NBA at defending the PnR

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GT7x5JtDDI

Basketball Breakdown and Vantage Sports teammed up and published a video/article few days ago that shows every detail

Is this really a suprise though?

Bottom 5 defensive tandums:

1. Love/Irving
2. Lillard/Leonard
3. Mo/Mozgov
4. Livingston/Ezeli
5. Hill/Turner

Top 5 PnR tandums:

1. Ibaka/Westbrook
2. Durant/Adams
3. Williams/Bass
4. Crabbe/Davis
5. Gordon/Asik

Cavs aren't winning.

1. Fire the coach

2. Blame Love

3. Blame Kyrie because he can't play uptempo

4. Blame Delly

No excuses, this was Lebron going all in and this team is stacked. But he isn't guiding shit.

This is the saddest thing about Branstans.

They never look inward.

They simply hate others to create a world where their hero is always right.

It is BEYOND pathetic.

Bran got his big 3, he got his hustle guy(TT), he got his lockdown defender (Shump), he got his 7 footer, he got his irrational confidence guy (JR), he got his pest (Delly).

The fact he cannot win with this team is 100% on Bran, no one else.

The good news is that once everyone gets blamed it will eventually be Bran's turn.

Lebron gets blame all the time. Season is not yet over. It sucks that once you got injured you are no longer the same player. I am talking about Irving. He was much better last season.

Enough of this trade talks. They are 30-12. The 3rd best record in the NBA. They just need to play as a team, and as a unit just what the Kings are doing right now.

Enough of the blame game. They just need to play Basketball.

They fired Blatt as per Bran's request.

Considering he is calling all the shots Bran doesn't get enough blame

And the posters here are talking like the Current Cavaliers are as bad as the 2012-13 Lakers

That team sucks, and a disgrace to basketball. Steve Nash and Dwight Howard wish that they didn't get traded to that team.

It both ruined their career.

Traded Wiggins for pos love cause he wanted another "superstar" to carry him. (Even though everyone with a brain knew love sucks:lol )

Now gets the coach fired.. It's just embarrassing at this point:oldlol:

Actually Love is playing good basketball at the start of the season. He just needs to improve his shot selection, and be more aggressive on defense.

Did Wiggins lead the Wolves into the playoffs this year? The Wolves have the 3rd or 4th worst record in the NBA.

I agree but i think it has more to do with the warriors and spurs just being way far superior teams. If this cavs team was assembled ummmmm lets say 5 seasons ago? We prolly looking at a cavs 3peat.

cavs are clear cut the best team out east. Its not like they are struggling to win the east its just out west i dont see how the cavs could beat the two top teams out there. Not really blatts fault or anybodys fault. If you losing to better teams whats the problem? One thing i hate about the nba.....you could be a new coach have a shitty team or a good one and if you lose to teams that are clearly better than yours you become the scapegoat. We rarely see that in other sports.

While I'm not a huge Lebron fan your rationalizing is not quite accurate. This is not about just winning games its about having enough to beat the best team and win the title.

If you look at Goldenstate it took K.Thompson, H. Barnes, A.Iguodala, D. Green, D. Lee, A. Bogut, Livingston. for them to have enough to help S. Curry win a title. They have a real great mix of players.

Even Golden state wanted Kevin Love and lucky for them that trade didn't happen or else they might have lost D. Green this year. They even needed a great coach like Kerr who surely learned from the great Phil Jackson. Its not an excuse it's reality. And as far as Lebron he's not the same player he was two years ago, so he can't carry a team like he use to.

And if you believe LeBron has enough great players and a great coach. Then you wouldn't mind trading them to Golden state, Lebrons team straight up for S. Curry team.

I like Melo but I don't see it fixing Cavs' issues. Kevin Love's P&R defense is a bigger issue than anything else on this team. Irving is young and will get healthier and can improve on D but their main issue right now against the Spurs and Warriors is their effort on defense. They looked much better without Love and Irving. Problem is that no one will take Love with his new contract. I see him being benched in the Playoffs when it matters because TT was a much better fit.

It'll be tough to trade Love. But I think this is a good trade for both teams. K.Irving for Melo. Melo can finally have a real shot at winning a title and NY can have two very young stars in K. Irving and Porzingis with a chance at signing Kevin Durant. R.Lopez Porzingis Durant Affalo K.Irving.

It would make sense for the Knicks and I'm sure Melo would love to play with Lebron and vice versa but it's a potential disaster for Cleveland. Lebron dominates the ball offensively which means Melo will only get so many shots, he would help their offense in crunch time with his ability to create shots but it's a dumb move for Cleveland in the long run if they are still not good enough to stop the Warriors/Spurs come Finals. Irving will probably have a long career while Melo and Lebron have a very limited window.

Gotta ride it out with the roster they currently have, maybe make some smaller moves come trade deadline but there's not much to do but hope everyone's healthy and that OKC comes out of the WC.

I feel OKC is a deception, they lost their edge, they lost something and I'm not sure it was just James Harden. That teams also suffering some chemistry issues. So much talent, not even sure if Durant will ever be the type of superstar he was before getting hurt and after his injury.
