Not a big series here guys, sorry to "pop" -pun intended- everyone's bubble..

Warriors D will be the most important factor.

You heard it here first.

If they beat the W's Monday, be prepared for meltdowns. If W's win, it's probably the "regular season" excuse.

Duncan isn't playing. Results will be telling but not as telling as they could be.

Dray n' Klay will be the main factor (per usual)

It comes down to how well they defend 38yo Ginobli and if they can hold him to 1-14 shooting.

I've been telling folks this for a while. Spurs time is UP. The GSW brand of basketball will be too much for the Spurs.

Like i said in an earlier thread, the only team that has a chance to beat this team in a 7 game series are the Bucks because of their length at every position.

Spurs don't have the personnel to beat THIS YEARS Warriors team.

I won't say anything to the GSW fans if they win or lose.

Playoffs are entirely different. The only thing that can be celebrated about this game is the potential of one of the teams having HCA over the other.

Spurs fans/Warriors fans as a whole will DEFINITELY be talking shit if their teams win.

I think it depends on "how" which team loses. If it's Cavalier style....there will be bragging rights.

Chef Curry is going to stretch San Antonio from the inside out. They will give up a good fight but tire out and be unable to stop Curry from going deep over and over. Multiple Spurs will end up being splashed in the face.

gonna be interesting to see what defenses the Spurs show the Warriors.

if it turns into a full blown transition game..... it's still hard to say, Spurs are actually not that old tbh.

No actual fan is going to be talking shit over a damn regular season game...basketball is a marathon not a sprint.

I'll be interested to see how the benches match up as I think we'll get to see something there. I doubt we really see pop or kerr use any creative lineups.

The spurs bigs will make small ball vs them possibly interesting as well as I'm not sure if pop will counter small with small or go big.

All of this said it's the regular season and I doubt either team is putting extra game planning into this one. We'll get a good game but this is not going to be even a legit playoff preview at all.

Sure there's excitement about the game - I'm pumped. But Pop is smart enough not to show his hand in a regular season game.

For Kerr, maybe there's doubt because it is Pop (someone he played for) or maybe it's that Kerr knows Pop's coaching a lot more than Pop knows Kerr's coaching (kinda like Avery).

Hopefully, Spurs fans have been through the wars and know that it's just a regular season game and stay classy no matter the outcome.

Go Spurs Go.
