Why I think he is currently over Lebron?

I think Paul is better offensively. He can score from everywhere while Lebron is having incredible struggles to score from outside the paint. Also, Paul is a much better passer and having him in your team almost guarantees that there will be good ball movement

Paul is also one of the best defensive PGs, and even though Lebron might be better defensively, I don't think the gap is enough to make up the offesnvie gap
