Dude is settling for threes too often. To be fair, he is wide open on quite a lot of them, and his shot just isn't dropping.. guess he is going through a bad spell. Regardless, he needs to start attacking the rim more. Whenever he attacks he is either going to score, draw a huge amount of attention or draw a foul.

On the flip side, his 2 point shooting has been unreal.

I agree it's not terribly concerning, but I'm a huge KD fan and games like last night for example are silly.He settled for 10 threes and only make 2. It's not productive. He scored nearly every time he got close to the basket (or around the FT line) so why doesn't he just drive in a little closer? He had plenty of space and Brooklyn are shitty at defending around the rim.

meh, 33% is not too bad of a slump either. He's averaging ~27 ppg on around 50% shooting, Russ averaging 24 on an efficient 45%, they are doing good right now. No need to push him to do more after he basically missed a year with his foot injury, they are going to finish 3rd at best. Very impressed at the team ball they have been playing this year, they need to keep working on the ball movement. Russ has turned into an absolute team player. Lowest usage rate since 2012 IIRC and only 18 shots a game.
