Dear Jordan fam, soon LeBeta will be fully exposed - as we have always said; so will everyone see what a manufactured colluding bish LeBron is.
We will celebrate but not for too long, I sense Curry fam will be the next unbearable stans.
Already we have a few claiming Curry > Jordan, this is mostly warriorsfan and his alts, but we all know that in a few months, there will be no Lebron fans left and they will jump ship to Curry fam.
It is what it is. Rootless cosmopolitans jumping from one fam to the next.

depends on his career path and if people stick with him.
Curry has only had stans when he's been on top, if he has a big drop off but we still get 20 threads a day riding his dick then yes it will be annoying but if the people stanning him move on or at least post realistic about his abilities after the theoretical drop off then no they won't be annoying.
I'm not saying I want him to drop off though, I love the way he's playing and he's the most exciting guy to watch since the prime kobe era.

The difference with Curry is that he's not a piece of shit like LeBron*
I'm sure his fans will be far more tolerable.

Not a Curry fan and I don't like anything part of the Golden State Warriors.
I do have to admit that Curry does bring in some new viewership...we haven't had a player like him, well, since Kobe Bryant.
He's very entertaining for being the poster boy of the league.
Lebron was very boring in that short span when he was the poster boy of the league.
So, it's quite refreshing for fans to get excited again.

There is a huge and dense Asian population in the Bay Area.
Believe or not...they are looked up to there. One of the few places where if you are Asian then they want to know you. They think of them as rich.
I can't stand Warrior fans though.

Huge asian populations among every west coast port city. They love basketball and are willing to spend big bux to see it live.

Personally I think Curry and the Warriors are an anomaly this year. Crazy good stats. Good team ball and if there is a time to win it and front load their young careers, now is the time.
I'm assuming these players are going to get paid and you cannot keep everyone.

Enjoy Curry. He's changing how we view the game and he's changing how the game is to be played. 10 years from now, half the league will be Curry clones. Magic changed the game. No one ever saw a guy that big with that kind of vision run the point and move so fast from one end of the court to the other. MJ changed the game. We never saw anyone seem so unstoppable before. Curry is the next guy. We saw too much MJ in Kobe. We saw too much Wilt in Shaq. They were great but not original. Curry is one of a kind. Lightning fast release with deep casual range. Great fundamentals, great off ball player in a league that doesn't endorse being one. Competitive. Leader. He's the next game changer. Let's see what this kid can do. :applause:

I like Curry, but I hate how he is a 'mega superstar' because of how he exploits rules. He palms and carries bad when he dribbles. Others do it too, but Curry does it as an integral part of his game - like Iverson.
He also has made no-touch rule to be a part of his game.
I just don't like the kind of game he represents, a soft no touch 3 point spam contest.

They already are. He's not a 2-way player, and his success has a lot to do with the era he plays in.
He needs to win a FMVP to prove his place in the rankings.

You sound insecure already. As a 90's stan your also annoying with the way u discredit modern era play and players. You act like bench warmers in the 90s would be all stars in the modern era which they won't. This is just an Agenda driven thread in an attempt to devalue modern basketball and prop up Jordan and the 90's.

What stans? I just see normal GS fans. The "stans" OP's probably referring to are just Kobe fans in disguise, so insecure and tortured of LeBron's decade-long success(and eventual eclipsing of Kobe) that they'll pretty much ride anyone and anything to get some digs in at him. It was Rose in 2011-2012. Durant the next couple of seasons. And now Curry. It's all about LeBron. He completely, utterly owns their souls and the hilarious thing is, you could've visited this board a decade ago in 2006 and nothing was different. Kobe fans were just as infatuated with belittling LeBron back then too. It never ceases to amaze me the effect he has on them.

The lack of Lebron stans won't be because Curry, it will be because of 3ball owning their lives everyday driving them off 1 stan at a time.
Curry fam will be just fine because they will rep a man who isn't a colluding beta, who came into his own and earned his rather than having it be given.
Unless Curry does something stupid like a 30 minute "decision" special, he's going to do just fine as the face of the NBA. I know people that stopped watching the game when Jordan left, who are now starting to watch again.
Kobe and Lebron didn't change their minds to start watching, but Curry sure as hell did.
GOAT fans who viewed GOAT MJ know how to spot a winner and that's what Curry brings to the table.
"but... but...but... nikka only has 1 ring and no FMVP doe!"
Stop yourself right there and quit pretending that he's not going to finish his career with multiple rings and numerous accolades. Let's not confuse a born and bred winner with the likes of someone like Lebron James simply because they were both born in Akron, OH.

Why do Jordan fans complain about other players getting away with murder in terms of rules. Your boy was built upon it. No one got away with more shit on the court than MJ. Fouls, carries, travels, etc.
You think Nike was bad with the way they covered for Bron? Imagine with they were doing for Jordan back in the day without everyone having 24/7 access to news and media like they do in the internet age.
Not to mention Jordan fans have way surpassed the annoyingness of any other fanbase on here. Jordan myths on here are getting to Wilt like proportions. Comments like "coulda been the best 3 point shooter" or "could have easily put up 10apg if he wanted" get thrown around on here like nothing. :oldlol:

It's not MJ's fault that the league allowed him to do that. They should have been more strict but that would have just made him play even more focused and dominate even MORE than he already did.
So just because the league let players back then get away with shit means that the shouldn't improve the game and continue to allow it?
Nike can try to cover for bron all they want but no one can cover the fact that the decision, the collusion, and 2/6 happened.
