The Raptors are playing great basketball right now. I think the Cavs are kinda in somewhat of a transition right now, and not playing up to their potential which makes it seem like the Raptors would beat them. Once playoff time rolls around and both of them are playing well, it would be a great series. Hopefully the Raptors show up for these playoffs, unlike last year.

After last years epic collapse, no, no I don't think they can beat anyone.

Cavs are a good team with some great players, but not a great team, so yes, they can lose to other good teams.

You are underrating LeBron in the playoffs. They managed to win 2 games against Stephanie Curry and the Warriors in the Finals.

they got no chance son. No pnr game to exploit the cavs. No post up guards to exploit kyrie. No great center/wing defender to slow down lebron. It's just obvious. You add the mental aspect of the game and it's a wrap.

Imo the raps might not even make ECF as there are some teams that will give them trouble in the east.

cavs will switch a lot because toronto isn't a huge 3 ball threat, so toronto will need a post up strategy to truly exploit kyrie.

demarre carroll is a great defender but he is no iguodala or kwahi ... and these 2 play with bogut and duncan behind them. You don't stop lebron with one man.

They also lack a true post presence to really exploit love.

If you want stats I ain't got time for that, but it's pretty obvious the raptors got no shot.

Cavs in 4 or 5.

Raptors 100 - 122 Cavaliers.

Last time they played each other

i said nothing about stats...i said FACTS. Again let me point out the holes in your argument...you say one man cant stop lebron and you go on to name a center...so two players can stop lebron???LMAO

Last i checked defense is a TEAM effort....its gonna take the whole team.....last i checked....the warriors used multiple defenders to guard lebron....spurs do too. Lebron will be demarre's main assignment no doubt but you cant expect him to guard lebron the whole game and be successful and thats for anybody guarding a great player.

Raptors are like the Cincinnati Bengals of the NBA:

All hype, no substance, and always a disappointment in the playoffs.

son that's what I meant, that toronto lacks the personnel to really hamper lebron. also they lack the personnel to attack the cavs weakpoints (kevin love on the PNR and on the low post). Because of this they have to outplay a much more talented and deeper team on a normal matchup ... which happens once in a blue moon in a playoff series.

Also let me say this, the raptors are a low iq team which has a significant tendency to chuck, with derozan and lowry. You can't beat a more talented, better rebounding team like the cavs by chucking.

I think many people are laughing at the cavs because they got whooped by the warriors (like everybody else), but they are a very good team and in a totally different tier compared to the raps.

They're still not beating Chicago or Cleveland in a 7 game series. Has nothing to do with the 'past' either.

The mismatches both teams have on Toronto are staggering.

They're a very good team with a very good coach. They have a shot, but need to rid themselves of that early exit stigma.
