no, he's not a d-league player. and he isnt a good one on one player against someone bigger and skilled. Sure, this guy is obviously pretty good for normal standards (probably is a god in your every day rec league or pick up game) but compared to guys like Kyrie, Wall, etc. They'll whoop him so hard that he'll look exactly like the scrubs he's playing against in the vid.
