Not only that but Van Gundy chimed in and said that Love was underrated in Minny and got no credit for averaging 26ppg and putting an average team at best on his back and barely missing the playoffs at 40-42 (or something close to that) in a western conference that was totally stacked. He said Love was so much better than people give him credit for.
