i don't think any other top 10 player ever dominated a fellow top 10 player like kobe did duncan
i'd say russell over wilt but that was a 7 hall of famer effort

puuulease... tyson spent like 3 years in jail for a much more aggravated rape conviction
it wasnt even consensual
kobe woulda been out by 2008 with a stacked lakers roster full of top draft picks and max free agents to run with ( not to mention fresh legs to last well into 2020 instead of retiring in 2016 )

you're right, shaq was dominant

you're right, shaq was dominant
except during the kobe/shaq years sanantonio dominated the lakers ... shaq was 1st option
then when the lakers dominated the spurs. kobe was the one averaging 35-40
:oldlol:
remember 1999
deja vu

if all you do is face a guy during the regular season 2 games a year and are never really a playoff rival. then games become complacent
theres no battle for standings.
plus i remember some shady reffing during those kobe/bran games
this game still sticks in my mind till this very day

kobes domination of duncan goes well beyond the regular season. thats the key thing
