Besides scoring. LeBron led that team in assists, sometimes rebounding, and steals.

Wade and Kobe are pretty much very redundant.

It wouldn't work at all unfortunately and this isn't a knock on Kobe, Kobe and Wade are a poor fit on a team together, the Heat teams were built around Lebron's ability and versatility which made them such an effective team, where as Kobe's teams were built around his abilities with great big man (Kobe assist). In all honestly they would have won it all in 2011, would have struggled getting out the east in 12 and lost in 13 and 14.
