He was probably slightly heavier than that, but not much more. I've known 6'5" guys build with very slim builds who are 160lb.

Wouldn't surprise me, That dude was skin and bones. I remember being frightened of him as a child. Just looked scary to a 6 year old I guess.

Better on offense, worse on defense. His range would be better utilized, but the range of others and the D3 in the key would limit his defense.

Yeah, players tend to shoot from range now instead of taking it to the rack, so he wouldn't block as much.

Probably. Don't forget, while in the NBA, he had already gained several pounds, because he was deemed incredibly weak, being, e.g, unable to bench press even 50-60 lbs, so, most of his photos don't even show how rail thin he was before hitting the league (he got probably closer to 220 lbs during his NBA days).
