?
In terms of shooting they're about the same, Curry is a better off-dribble shooter mainly due to handles, while Klay is the better spot-up shooter and shooter off the screen. I don't think anyone would disagree.
Klay has a decent post game for a SG, and it's easily better than Curry's post game, Klay can post anyone from point guards to small forwards.
In terms of finishing, Curry is more creative in his ability, but then again Klay is significantly taller which helps him finish in traffic and allows him to be more efficient in the paint, he can't be stopped in his drives as easily as Curry
Defense is also another clear win for Klay, Klay Thompson is a top 5 defender for the SG position, and Top 10 overall in the NBA, while Curry is a bottom 5 defender in the league.
So, outside of handles, it seems Klay Thompson is as good or significantly better (especially defense) than Curry in every aspect of basketball.
Discuss.

Idk this is one of the most impressive things I've seen, so imma go with Klay Thompson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nyBpt9tRsg
I love Curry, I think he's great but they're some performances from Klay that keep showing us he's clearly a level above Steph.

Personally, I think the Big D.I.K. is better, but I haven't compared the season stats. Could be the recent domination that's coloring my thinking with the back to back 60 point triple doubles.

Absolutely nothing
In fact, if Klay was as marketable as weasel boy he'd be getting all the touches and Stephanie would be a glorified role player

You can't be serious

Valid points but I think consistency is probably why Curry is better than Klay.
Klay might have the ability to score more points in a single game but Curry is able to sustain a high level of play throughout the season.

A skill for skill breakdown is a flawed way of comparing players.
There are plenty of centers who do more things better than Shaq, but that doesn't mean they're anywhere near as good.

:facepalm
Thats cause Shaq has the physical advantage so it makes up for his skills deficiency, anyone who has the physical advantage doesnt need to be as skilled
Wheras, Curry definitely doesnt have a physical advantage over Klay, yet he's still less skilled overall
Your analogy doesn't work

You are serious about this? Curry has a quicker release and better range. Thus he is more likely to get his shot off. He is a better foul shooter by far, which is amazing since Klay shoots 85%. Despite his smaller size, he is a much better rebounder. He is also a better passer. And he gets double the steals that Klay does. Besides that, just watch the games and see who the leader is. Other than those things, you are right, he only has handles going for him.

I've been accused of being an alt account and that's hilarious. I think you alt conspiracy theorists are getting a little paranoid with that crap.

Shooting, playmaking, and creating his own shot.

Lol.
Doesn't Klay lead the league in fewest dribbles per touch? The guy is mostly a catch and shoot guy. He strugles to CONSISTENTLY create his own shot. You don't need to double the guy. Not when you can't put it on the floor and create. Sure, he can put it on the floor once in a while but breaking down a set defender is something he can't consistently do.
Curry has amazing handles, ability to break down set defenders, ability to play off ball, great finisher at the rim, has a quicker release and better playmaker and passer. Only thing Klay has over Curry is natural size, which makes him able to guard bigger guys and probably GOAT level as a heat check player. But tell Klay to run an offense and see how bad he looks. At best, he's a 2nd fiddle. Curry is "the man" that attracts the doubles and still produces.

But isnt that a Positive??
Klay can fit in any system in the league, Warriors, Spurs, Cavs it doesnt matter
He doesnt need to dominate the ball and marginalize everyone on the team like Curry does.
Ray Allen played off-ball, but noone held it against him.

It can be. But it also means you aren't "the man". To be "the man" as a wing player, one skill you need is the ability to break down defenses when they are set. That's the hardest thing to do in bball for an offensive player and few can do that consistently. Klay is a GOAT level heat check player and catch and shoot shooter but you are simply PROVING my point that as good as he is at those things, he needs another alpha to get his offense going.
Besides, your thread is nothing but an attempt to boost Curry's supporting cast in order to make Curry look bad. But being objective, yes, a guy like Klay is immensely valuable in today's game but he ain't got nothing on Curry's game. And als, Curry is a amazing off ball player and he doesn't dominate the ball. GSW plays optimal, team ball. The ball seldom sticks in one spot.
