Andrew Wiggins was born in like 1995 and he considers Kobe part of his generation? I suppose its technically possible it just sounds odd. Kobe could be his father. A young father....but still.

i was born in 1984 and i remember most of jordans career

atleast from 1990 till 2003

i was around 6 years old

wiggins would have been 6 years old around 2001

so wiggins would have witnessed and remembered basically 13 absolute peak prime type seasons by kobe

more than i saw of jordan

Thats fine. I dont care that he thinks Kobe is this or that. Its not like its a dumb opinion....hes a perfectly valid guy to say that about. Like I said...it just sounds odd thinking about his age. And it makes me feel old a little. I remember first hearing about Kobe around the time Wiggins was born. But when guys we came up on have kids in the league I guess the "Feeling old" ship has sailed.

meaning if a guy can get to the line and hit threes. his efficiency can still be great

kobe didnt dunk as much as MJ. but he was better at getting to the line and hitting threes. which is why a guy who shoots 45% can catch up to a guy shooting 50% and end up producing the same amount

When a player gets fouled while shooting, does that count as a shot in that system? If player A has 4 points on 2/2 FG ,and he gets fouled while shooting. He hits his 2 fts. Does he have 6 points on 2 shots or 6 points on 3 shots?

how is kobe his era??

he was born in 95 kobe was drafted in 96. when kobe was winning rings he was what 5,6,7,8....lakers fell off kobe was still great...bron came in the league in 03 though.

My point is he wasn't old enough to remember those early laker title runs hell he was only 13 when kobe got back to the finals in 2008...by that time LeBron was CLEARLY THE BEST PLAYER WE HAD SEEN UP TO THAT POINT. I don't see how u can justify wiggins being able to witness kobes greatness over lebrons when LeBron was the it thing pretty much as soon as he touched the league. its stupid...leborn would be his generations greatest player. If kobe truly was "his" generations greatest player who is in "lebrons" generation?

elementary school kids?

I DONT THINK ITS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUNGER PLAYERS COMING OUT AND SAYING THEY ADMIRE LEBRONS GAME. I THINK PEOPLE FEEL LIKE THEY CANT PRAISE LEBRON BECAUSE HE ISNT AT THE END OF HIS CAREER YET. HELL IF YOU KNOW YOU HAD MORE LEBRON POSTERS IN YOUR ROOM THAN KOBES DONT BE ASHAMED TO ADMIT THAT. I JUST FIND IT STRANGE THAT KOBE IS "HIS" GENERATIONS BEST PLAYER.

Shooting 45-46% is inefficient?

YES FOR A SUPERSTAR.. Take a look at Durant, Curry, and even guys like Chris Paul.. They all shoot great percentages while taking pretty tough shots... Kobe more of a TMAC AND IVERSON MOLD... Still I believe Kobe is top 10
