I agree with that, he has a long way to go when it comes to playing under control. Considering that he's a rookie though, I like that he's not giving up and looks for ways to contribute.

I think his shot has improved as well as his defense. He's also slowly learning not to barrel into people all the time and draw a charge. He earned his 21st double double of the season.

And Towns is better on the offensive glass than Randle.

I agree. While Randle is talented no doubt you can tell with his wild bully ball style will be easy for Teams to stop or at least control in a deep playoff run.

Randle will not be a superstar but he will have a very solid career. I get the Barkley comparison to some extent but he lacks explosivess and isn't as versatile on offense. He reminds me a lot of Clarence Weatherspoon whom I view as his ceiling.

No one even has to stop and think about it, you watch the game and you see with your own eyes. That's the one thing no one has to argue about, Randle explodes and takes the ball in the hole. Although sometimes he is out of control and misses the shot, it isn't because he isn't explosive enough...smh.

the improvement from the beginning of the season to now, for randle attacking the basket with his right hand, has been substantial. he still doesnt finish with his right hand at a consistent rate, but considering how many defenders take away his left hand dribble, hes been blowing by his man going right pretty easily.

it's a joy to see because you know hes going to improve on that even more. so another summer to work on his game (jumper, help defense, and finishing with his right hand), hes going to be a nice piece for the lakers
