I'm this close to being done with this team. They're not going anywhere. We always lacked in coaching. All the money in the world and value of the team yet we still can't get a proper coach or pieces.

Don't understand why everyone gets ready to off themselves when this team still has so much work to do. I've seen enough in the first 30 games to understand we're not playoff-ready, and this team has only half a roster worth playing. Williams, Calderon, Afflalo, Vujacic - these guys are only fillers.

They need the All-Star break to regroup. We'll get a few more wins this year before getting slammed for not making playoffs. And on to a better roster next year. If I had any complaints so far, it's that I'm losing patience with this coach. His game management sucks.

From what I've seen, he's a bench player that can get hot. If his post-up game isn't there, he goes ghost.

Fish's strengths are in-house management and keeping the locker room together. I think Phil knew how messy this was going to be. Knicks have been a scorched earth policy the last 2 years. Everything had to be done over. Fish will do what Phil says. Question is, will he learn enough to keep the job once we acquire better talent next year?

jose calderon is not that bad, especially regarding his age. on NYK fan forum everyone is shitting on him, but all in all, he plays a very solid season.
But its obvious that you dont go far, if its your starting PG (i have to know it as a mavs fan).

Fisher wanted Kerr, but couldn't get him. He scrambled and settled for Fisher, who isn't really a coach. He's more like a big brother or mentor. I'd equate it as: Kerr is a brilliant physics professor at MIT, and Fisher is a kindergarten substitute teacher.
