Arguably the most ridiculous athlete MMA has ever seen. Can't help but think years of heavy PED use wrecked his body and led to his very early passing.

Although horrific, I don't think that was the cause of death. OP's link states it was pneumonia and heart failure...can an infection like that lead to pneumonia? I don't know. Either way, rip. Dude was a beast and it's sad that so many fighters/wrestlers die early.

Great Fighter....was a pioneer in MMA.....all MMA fighters have balls.....Kevin was fighting in the dawn of MMA for peanuts....those guys had Balls of steel
