Good read dood. Wish I'd put more stock into flexibility n core strength back in da day. Used to think stretching and yoga was for hippies. But as an old ass man I see da benefit now. Loosening up hips n thighs can help reduce knee pain so much. And lower back pain if u got dat. Basically... all da shit connected. When some of ur larger muscles get overly tight n weak, u gonna start to feel it at da weaker points, whether it be at da joints in the connective tissues or at da smaller muscles. Core is da center of it all. Stronger core helps protect ur back n helps facilitate ur general flexibility. All makes sense to da Goofsta Knicca now.

Everybody need to go out n stretch out dose hips n thighs. Do something to improve ur general flexibility... kettlebell, BOSU ball, whatever u like. Then get those thighs n core yoked da fukk out and dominate da world like Steph did.

Yes a great read with a lot of details. Steph went through a lot early on. A lot of people don't realize this. These injuries are no joke. Never know how they can turn out.

really good article, really puts it into perspective, it seems like there is an expectation that his ankles will fukk up again sometime, everyone's just hoping not for a long while.
