He's not in the NBA because he's not a basketball player. He's a dunk artist, that's what he does. He's one of the most impressive and explosive dunkers I've ever seen, but look him up, he's not a baller. He has a very unique talent, but in terms of being a functional basketball player, I don't know that he has D1 college ability.
I'd like to see him perform these insane dunks in a live game scenario.
