i have to watch my diet, so i don't drink that crap. instead i make a healthy version myself.

- one serving silk unsweetened soymilk
- about 4-6 teaspoons cocoa powder
- a little bit of vanilla extract
- a teaspoon of splenda / sugar mix
- honey to taste

directions: add a small amount of the milk plus everything else in a bottle, shake the hell out of that mofo until the cocoa dissolves, then add the rest of the milk and give it one more light shake.

it tastes fantastic, especially if you like dark chocolate. silk soymilk in particular tastes better than milk IMO because it doesn't have the sour aftertaste of milk. it's also great in milkshakes, natch.

I have some Yoohoo juice boxes and Nesquick mix here, but I prefer the already made chocolate milk in the milk section.
