BREAKING: It's probably not his wife.

"“The recurring risk comes from a hereditary gene," he said last September. "Fortunately, I don't have that. That was one of the dangers I faced earlier, was, 'Am I going to be able to play the game?’ Because if this test comes back that it's a recurring thing, it's going to be a problem.

Yet my deranged detective mind still would question the wife.

Miami Heat All-Star forward Chris Bosh is expected to meet with doctors on Thursday to determine the seriousness of blood clotting in his left calf and whether the use of blood thinners could allow him to return this season, league sources told The Vertical.

Bosh, an 11-time All-Star, met with Heat physicians on Monday in Miami and will get further evaluation on Thursday, sources said. There was more optimism in Miami on Monday than during All-Star weekend in Toronto that Bosh's condition could be manageable, league sources said.
Nevertheless, there are still determinations to be made on Bosh's condition and immediate future on Thursday

There's a wide range of diseases/disorders/genetic issues that can make you more likely to suffer blood clots. Height also increases the risk as does frequent flying.

Blood clots can be serious but are definitely treatable. My father was just released from the hospital two days ago due to blood clots in his lungs (pulmonary embolism). This is the third time in three years he'd been hospitalized for blood clots. He is now on Coumadin which is the most common blood thinner. As with most conditions it's critically important to catch them early and also maintain your treatment regimen. Depending on how severe these clots clots are, Bosh may actually have to consider retirement.

I genuinely wish him the best.

with this news coming out, even if it's speculation, no team trades for him right now. and it's pretty shitty it's happening at this very moment (2 days before the deadline), because i believe if you lose a player for the season (could potentially happen to him again), the league grants you more cap space, or something like that

So if he stayed in Toronto he wouldn't have the blood clot issues? That's the logic you're going with?

It was really selfish of Bosh to go from being a 1st option to a 3rd option in his prime. It was selfish to sacrifice his individual stats. It was also selfish to play out of position for 3 years to help his team. Only selfish players do that kind of stuff. He should have been unselfish by staying in Toronto, collecting a bigger paycheck, playing his natural position, and putting up better numbers.

And btw, you still don't know what collusion means.

Oh yeah, an English/Polish redneck .

Wade's always had a big jaw, and Lebron's had a receding hairline for some time--strange how all their symptoms are so different. Anyway, your suppositions are meaningless, and really quite irrelevant to the point at hand.

"Owned"?

How old are you? Twelve?

Nobody is asking you to be sympathetic, but how about not needlessly being an asshole about someone you don't know or care about (obviously you do care or you wouldn't be gloating about him having a health problem in the first place). You just showed your mean-spirited and callous nature (which provides an interesting contrast to your supposedly compassionate politics), and then to deflect from your disgracefulness, you've now started talking about african kids, as if that's of even the slightest relevance.

If you don't care, don't post; i can't see any need to start talking about peds when someone has a serious health scare, especially when you have no evidence whatsoever to make such an assertion. It is not that unusual to get blood clots when you play a physical sport and are getting on planes all the time; this sort of thing could happen to anyone, and it's unfortunate when it does.

Oh, and pointing all this out doesn't make anybody a "stalker" -- just another pathetic deflection from a rather pathetic excuse for a human being.
