This confirms our thoughts. LeBron makes his teammates better while Kobe holds his back. Thanks for the insight, OP!

I think Tim Mozgov is better personally.

They are pretty equal to be honest. With durability and maturity as the tiebreaker I have to go with Mozgov.

Good insight, I guess you're the only person who agree's with the OP, I wonder why...

they weren't unprotected lotto picks. Some late rounder with a bunch of protections on them.

I can believe that. Two low chance bites at the apple for a proven commodity is a pretty good deal.

Bynum was better. There are some things stats don't show and I think he deterred more shots.

Damn, Lebron elevated Mozgov while Kobe limited Bynum.

Bynum was more talented and more skilled. Mozgov is not that good.

I agree. BYnum had stretches of games where he looked like he was the top center in the NBA, and then his horrible lazy attitude just killed his career (plus injuries too).

There isn't even an alternate universe where Mozgov is a better player than Bynum.

:facepalm
Is that why Mozgov had to be benched in the finals after a career game because he didn't provide spacing for Lebron?

Probably because the Warriors benched Bogut and Mozgov couldn't guard anyone out there, and with Green at C, he was basically a liability on the defensive end.

You can spot a LeBron homer for a mile away when they try to tell you that Andrew Bynum was a good player. :lol

Mozgov is healthier, Bynum is injury prone...

Id take Mozgov

Prime, healthy, not-insane Bynum was a beast in the post. Too bad that the total of prime, healthy, not-insane Bynum was like less than a year if you add up all the time.

Same. TC has been pretty good at selling high with players.

People thought he got screwed on the Lawson deal too but turns out it was a steal for Denver.

I'm not sure he was ever both healthy and in his prime.

He looked wobbly even in 2011-12 (his only all-star caliber year).

People think that he was some sort of beast in 2007-08, but he was only averaging 13/10 when he got hurt.

He only really looked amazing compared with the other Laker bigs (Kwame and Mihm)

"Healthy" is a relative term for Bynum. It basically means "able to run".

And make no mistake...he was a beast in the post when he wasn't acting the fool.

bynum had only one year he looked unstoppable at times. his first year with brown as HC, it was that same year he put up a trip doub in game 1 of the playoffs, that same year he disappeared the rest of the playoffs, that very same year he would randomly launch 3 pointers and then look at the lakers bench and laugh.

thats basically the story of myspace legend, andrew bynum. a GREAT talent with a scarecrow-like brain.

Andrew Bynum 2009 playoffs = 6 & 4

Andrew Bynum 2010 playoffs = 9 & 6

WHAT A BEAST!!

Timothy Mozgof 2015 playoffs = 11/7

Clearly better than Bynum was during those runs

lol I remember the commentators talking about how the cavs can't play TT and Mozgof together for long stretches because it fuks with the spacing for Lebron

Mozgof put up 28/10 in game 4 and then got benched for the rest of the series :oldlol: :oldlol:

well, thats a (stupid)way to look at it. Pretty sure you don't look at it this way whenever you're bringing up Lebron's help.

Chris Bosh 12 & 7

You conveniently cherry-picked the playoff stats from the back-to-back titles instead of all of Bynum's playoff performances.

Bynum did well in early rounds vs teams that had a shallow front court

Vs real competition when it mattered in the finals he sucked the D and choked (Big 3 Celtics, vs Dwight)

Mozgov on the otherhand raised his game to career highs vs one of the Greatest teams of all time in the Finals!!!
