I was against LeBron coming back, but it happened. And, we're a contender as a result of that and all of the moves that followed so it is hard to blame the organization.

Considering where we were before the trade deadline last year, this team has improved by leaps and bounds. We've lost Dion Waiters, Anderson Varejao, Shawn Marion, and Jared Cunningham and added Iman Shumpert, JR Smith, Channing Frye, Richard Jefferson and Mo Williams.

Griffin has done a good job as GM.
