He's probably overrated, but this is his first full season in the league. Of course his career minutes are low. He's essentially the equivalent of a rookie or second year player.

so he has a lot less mileage on his body than everyone else at his age.... it's more of a positive for him right now because he's pretty much at the peak of his athletic ability...he's gonna get a nice contract

This just shows how vastly overrated Curry is, we are acting like he has been elite for 5-6 years when in reality it's barely been two.

But ESPN has him at #23 all-time. And Tiny Archibald where? Even though he had a 34/11 season at near 50% shooting?

curry plays reduced minutes because he blows out teams in 3 quarters or less

what is whiteside's excuse?

There is obviously some foreshadowing in that rating... the fact he is setting new standards in everything involving 3 pointers and his team is steamrolling the league after winning the chip plays a lot into that.

Crazy enough, even at 26 Whiteside is still kinda raw and immature... he'll get a lot of money this off season, but considering what he has done(despite inconsistency problems that come with a guy still relatively new to the league), I can't see an overrated tag... he doesn't slot in very well with the trending play style which is his biggest negative at the moment... but everyone has seen many players that would have been much better in a different era. He's still has a little room to improve, but most of that is just learning the intricacies of being a big man in the NBA. Max contract inc...

Whiteside barely played until last season and this is his first full season. Of course he's not going to have a lot of minutes in his career.

Curry wouldn't have even made the list at this time last year, now he's ranked ahead of Havlicek, Baylor, Isiah & Wade
