Sex with animals remains banned in Germany as legal bid fails
[QUOTE]Two complainants have failed in their attempt to get Germany's constitutional court to consider their claim against the laws banning sex with animals.
The two unnamed individuals say they are sexually attracted to animals.
They sought to get the court in Karlsruhe to consider whether the existing rules are unconstitutional.
But the court threw out their claim, ruling that the effect of the ban on the complainants' right to sexual self-determination was justified.
The court said that protecting animal welfare by seeking to prevent them being the victim of sexual assaults was a legitimate aim of the law - which remains unchanged after the court's decision.
Germany's animal protection laws set out fines of up to

Come on, I thought Germany was so progressive. Gays can be together. Why not people attracted to animals...than adults attracted to children. It's the "progressive" trend.

Right-wing nut jobs love this dumb argument, don't they?
Children and animals cannot connect to sex, so no, it's not appropriate to compare them to homosexuality, where you have to adults consenting to something they're both into, whereas with paedophilia and bestiality you have a child or animal being exploited by an adult.
Someday you reich-wingers will understand the differences, but I won't be holding my breath.

:facepalm
Bro...I actually want this even though I don't think Germany should bow down to the immigrants.
By lifting the ban....these Muslims can do what they need to do instead of raping women.

I'm going to assume you meant "consent" rather than "connect" but regardless, you are wrong on both counts

Legally, they cannot. Children do not have the capacity for future-oriented thought and are not sufficiently educated to make decisions on sex, drugs and politics. There are tons of studies out there that show significant difference in a teenagers' brain vs a mid-20's brain, cognitive and problem solving abilities, emotional control, etc. A child's brain is even less developed.
Technically your typical 9-year old can "consent" to driving an F-150--doesn't mean they're capable of it.

They probably should...maybe less of their women would be raped.

What if the animal gives consent?
