Some music groups are known for mainly one members (or depending how big the band is, maybe more than a few.) But, who are the underrated guys (or gals) from music groups who don't get their fair shake?

Steve Cropper of Booker T & the MGs
Tito Jackson of the Jackson 5
Jesse Johnson of the Time
Michael Bivins of New Edition
Masta Killa of Wu-Tang Clan

Steve Cropper of Booker T & the MGs
I don't think anyone underrates Steve Cropper.

He was #39 on Rolling Stone's 100 Greatest guitarists and he's a helluva songwriter too, he's in the songwriter's Hall of Fame. I got to ask him a couple of questions once at a press event.

You can't be surprised by this. Kizzle is our resident expert on all things Black. Before Eddy and Wesley came to Hollywood, Kizzle was the blackest man there.

Also, where have you been the past 75 years? Black music > White music.

Depeche Mode - Vince Clarke

Could apply that to Erasure as well since Andy Bell has been out-gayed him even it is actually Clarke's band.

Jazz is the negro's greatest achievement, but even in that the best players were white.
