dont understand how you can be that selfish in a situation like that. Just dont get it. **** him.

What'd he do?
He chose to hold onto the ball until someone fouled him instead of giving it to Davis.
AD finished with 59/20. Could've gotten the 60 if Jrue wasn't being such a bitch.

Bro let's think about this for a second. Anthony Davis will never be able to say he got 60/20 because he was off by a point, all because of his teammate. If I were him, I'd wanna smash Jrue's face into a fire extinguisher glass deep down.

Every time Jrue Holiday passes a pedestrian crossing he pushes the button regardless of if he is crossing or not.

there's practically no difference between 59 and 60, especially when you get a win, so what's the problem.

If ad actually ever won a single playoff game than maybe he deserves it. At this place ad needs to prove himself and than try to get some numbers. If he is what u think he is he can do it again and again properly

Dude probably didn't even know AD had 59 points, the only thing that matters on the boxscore is the number next to your team.

Should have givven Davis the ball to go for free throws. 60/20 is rare, unique I would say. It will take years before anyone comes close again. Davis was making some impossible shots as well, very rare for someone that tall to nail such step backs.
Dude probably didn't even know AD had 59 points.
That would be odd, as there is a huge scorebord hanging above the floor saying exactly how many points, rebounds, assists or turnovers one has.
AD did a few things to stop himself from getting 60 in the last min as well. The possession before he had the ball but decided to pass it to Jrue. On the last play, his instincts checked in to inbound the ball while he probably should have let Jrue do it. The game was over and Holiday didn't need to make a pass and the other 99% of the time that is the right play. Not saying this is likely but what if holiday turns it over attempting to pass to Davis. The risk is small, but I agree with ending the game as quick as possible in those situations.

I too wanted the pass.

It's funny because usually when players go out of their way to reach milestones they get called greedy scumbags that don't care about winning.

I guess having $999,999 is the same as having $1,000,000 then

I assume losing by 1 is also the same as going into overtime too.

Yeah basically it is. People get obsessed with round numbers without realizing that it's a linear scale. Someone with one dollar short of a million dollars is going to have the same buying power as the other guy, minus one friggin dollar! that's it. And a guy with a million dollars to spend on something can probably get the dollar discounted off the price!

of course he did... players know that shit, plus they look at the score board all the time
