Why do these two seem connected even more so than Shaq and Duncan?

They seem more connected cause Shaq spent half of his career in the East so he didn't have as much battles out West like Kobe and Duncan did

I recently got down to watch highlights of all-star games from way before, all those 05 06 games and so on and the most astonishing thing I've found out besides the older ones being significantly more interesting than the current all-star game is the Kobe-Duncan chemistry on the court. It was brilliant.
I really think that if these two were on the same team, both would've ended up with 7-8 rings

Duncan and Kobe=Two mediocre players. Nothing special. One is a horrible rapper and good raper(Got away with it).

Shaq=MDE, All-time great, drops dope bars(Kobe rap)

Timmy has the attitude/demeanor/approach to calm Kobe the f*ck down, I honestly too think they would've won multiple rings together. Kobe's that loud but smart person, whereas Timmy is the quiet one - the big brother. Idk, it would've been fun =)

On earth 2 the Lakers got Kobe help from the beginning of his prime and he ends up with 8 rings, turns out Jordan is actually zoom.
