Dion Waiters.

Kobe is productivity is much worse

He's 9th in the league in most 3pt attempts and 109th in 3pt fg%. Literally shooting his team out of games at a high volume

Kobe. Dion doesn't do enough to hurt his team.

Is this a serious question? :biggums:
Impact wise Kobe is arguably having the worst season in NBA history. Dion sucks, but it is an absolute insult to compare him to the biggest cancer in the history of sports.

When was the last time Dion played well?

scored 20 or more points twice the whole year

playing same minutes as Kobe but putting up 9 pts a game on below 40% shooting

Kobe's PER is at least near league average while Waiters has a 9.0 PER

worse efficiency despite being a spot-up shooter for KD and WB while Kobe is the one initiating offense on his team on his last legs

Waiters is trash

Kobe is putting up better numbers :oldlol:

per 36

Kobe 21/5/4 46%TS

Waiters 12/4/3 48%TS

stats for February

Waiters 6/3/2 in 33 mpg 26%FG
Kobe 24/5/3 in 31 mpg 36% FG
mind you that Waiters shoots wide open jumpers he gets from KD and WB and bricks open layups while Kobe chucks 3s and long 2s

one is supposedly in his athletic prime while the other should be retired already

shows how bad Waiters is, a 4th pick in the draft in his 4th year and playing like that :biggums:

Dion on the other hand is as bad as ever.

You're Asain, aren't you supposed to be smart?

How is putting a sub 40% shooter, ball dominant player going to help an already offensively inept team?
How is putting Kobe's shit defense on the perimeter going to help a team that already struggles defensively.

Waiters easily. Kobe hasn't been playing that bad actually. Waiters is basically the worst starter in the NBA. I know they aren't deep but I'd start ANYBODY else over him.

G0ATbe
02-23-2016, 06:38 PM
Kobe's carrying an offense, on a team filled with inexperienced rookies and scrubs, coming off an injury. Put him on OKC and he's back to at least 45% shooting, probably higher. Waiters is worse at every aspect of the game.

Well, Waiters is shooting around what? 38/39 percent? Not that much better considering his job is to hit wide open shots presented to him by either WB or Durant. Also, Waiters productivity considering that he's 24 on young legs is atrocious.

You trolls need to just see yourselves out. You're embarrassingly weak of a crop this time around.

Waiters is better, because he is playing less:oldlol: at least his coach knows better unlike ball-less Scott where he let Kobe destroy his team

Nope, you're wrong... Lakers are at their worst with Kobe Bryant on the floor and stats back that up. He has the lowest +/- on the entire Lakers

Kobe also has the Lakers second lowest net rating on the team at -14 when he's on the court and Lakers Offensive AND Defensive ratings are at their highest when he's OFF the court

If you take an indepth look, facts back up that the Lakers roster FLOURISHES when Kobe is not playing

Yet they can't win games without him.

2-8 record without him (winning against the Suns and 76'ers) and losing by an average of 15 points in those losses.

And Roy has the same +/-

It's called playing starting linups.

But this is not about reality or fair perspective. This is about kicking someone down the stairs on his way out. It's an activity you will no doubt miss. So troll away.

oh yes, Kobe should just play completely opposite of how he's played all his career and just pass the ball and make sure they win just enough games to not get a top 3 pick in the draft while the stadiums are half empty, I'm sure people would love to see Kobe score 5-10 points a game with 6-8 assists...he tried that shit last year and it wasn't working...team lost anyways... whether he had 0 assists or 17. Might as well chuck away to give us a Kobe moment or two to end his career.

Lakers are in no position to win regardless of what Kobe's doing on the court, it doesn't matter if he's shooting 35% or 55%...It's actually better that his shot is off most nights because that guarantees losses for the team who has no chance of winning anyways...

Byron Scott has no idea how offenses work, he only knows old school iso ball and just giving the ball to your star player (Kidd, CP3, Kobe) and letting him do whatever he does...

no it doesn't lmfao, they win at a 20% rate without Kobe this year....

the stats are misleading if you don't know how they work...yes the bench player that comes in against the other team's 2nd unit(in which the Lakers usually are trailing by 10+ points anyway because they suck on defense) has a better net rating, Lakers have a decent bench compared to the rest of the league, it's the starters who can't stop the Lebron James and the KDs of the league. And they play in the West, in the same division as the Warriors...D'Russ and Lou Will are guarding elite PGs almost every night...good luck with that

But yes, Lakers would so totally be winning games and competing with the Warriors for the Pacific division title if Kobe just stopped chucking...
