Please quote where he said that. He said that many Mexicans who help Mexicans illegally sneak over the border are rapists and criminals. This is absolute truth. Many illegal immigrants living in America had to deal with these rapist criminals in order to cross the border in to America.

Trump is trying to protect these innocent Mexican families from getting raped by these Mexican criminals. He is encouraging them to instead apply for a work visa properly so they are able to safely and legally cross the border in the United States, and obtain legal work so they aren't underpaid once they arrive here.
