Do I think she deserves the death penalty? No. But, she definitely deserves x amount of years in jail and put into a mental institution for the rest of her life. If people get charged and thrown into jail for abusing animals, she should too for killing 6. That's a psycho trait, and it definitely can be an illness from within.

Well, i'm not sure what her exact motives are, but i've been in a similar situation in my childhood and that video does not seem as shocking to me as to people in the west. Some people in the Balkans have street dog and cats as their pets (especially in rural/small town/village areas), and those pets produce offspring that nobody really needs/or can take care of, so the only option is... We had like 3 female cats in our yard at some point, and those things gave birth twice a year each, there's nobody you can give them to and suddenly you have the option to either throw them away or have 70 cats. My grandma used to throw them little kittens somewhere far away, i was heart broken as a child, but she did the right thing. After all human needs>animal needs

while I love most Dogs....and would never cut their nuts off ( nor condone shooting an innocent animal)...... I understand most people in the world don't feel the same way.



I lived in Taiwan for a year....there they have a huge " stray Dog" problem....

on the daily I witnessed stray Dogs getting abused / shot/ poisoned etc...
I was even asked multiple times if "I wanted to go around town and shoot some dogs? "....
