Why? I honestly don't believe that guys like him actually believe what they say. They say it to make money. While everything you've stated is true, it's extremely disengenuine. Blacks in general are held back. There's studies to back this up. Think about this. Employers don't like hiring people with black sounding names. That's not holding a group of people back? Blacks get much harsher penalties for crimes than other races.
