I got it right now. Can't even turn my head. Shit hurts :lol Remember 6 years ago in HS my english teacher had stiff neck, she couldn't move her head at all period. Looked hella stupid :lol

I'd say sort of. It's when your neck is in an awkward position when you sleep and its stuck like that I think lol :oldlol:

Just use a lot of bengay and wait for it to get loose. If you don't have any cream try hot water and dont use a pillow when you on bed

I used to get that shit every few years as a kid. I remember the first time I got it was 6th grade and I had no idea wtf was wrong with me but I couldn't move my head and it was one of the worst days ever going to school - tons of pain and no adult seemed to know wtf was wrong with me and they prob thought I was faking it... assholes :oldlol:

Yeah a couple of times. I dunno if it's because you slept wrong or someone gave you the evil eye :lol but it hurts. Only relief I got was taking a hot shower. I would move my neck with ease in there. Like bandito said put some bengay or salon pas and hope it's better tomorrow.

Take you some muscadol(tablets) or rubicalm (ccream).
It really helps with that pain and stiffness.

I tried it for a few minutes, but I love to toss and turn so it started acting up. Put the pillow back and just found a comfortable spot. It went away though.

God dam that shit is a real pain in the ass :roll:

Yeah specially when ypu have to goto work. The pain is always there.
